Hello Kitty cupcakes

These are pistachio cupcakes with a vanilla/almond butter-cream frosting.  I made them on a whim for a co-worker's birthday.  If I had had more time to plan them out, I think I could have them even cutter.  But on a whim ... this was the best I could do.  Happy birthday, Amy!
